Need customer support, not a robot
Signed up last week accidently for Netflix. Within a few hours I counted you and had it removed and you charged $18.99. Will you please take this off of my bill? It was an honest mistake and I corrected it as soon as I realized what I did. Lynda & Paul Wright. {edit: PII}
