Need Compensation

Back in August 2025, I accidentally cut my cable while trimming hedges outside. The tech repaired the cable and told me he was giving me an adjustment to my bill. Ever since then, I have been getting an error code when I try to change the channel. XRE3121 is the error code.

I have had techs to my home, been on the phone with techs, and nothing. 

And I had to ask for compensation for all the times I was without service? And still have not received any compensation?

Satellite here I come, good ridence!
