Need Comcast to Whitelist an email sending domain

I stopped getting emails sent by my son's school. I contacted them and an IT person informed me that it appears Comcast has flagged the emails they send as spam for my account. They showed me a list of emails that Comcast mail servers have blocked and suggested I open a ticket with Comcast to whitelist the following:

m@ mail 1-3.veracross.com

(I'm not sure if the spaces above are intentional. I copied and pasted from an email I received from the school and that's how it was.)

Can someone please assist?

It sure would make sense if we could all whitelist things for ourselves... but I don't see an option for that anywhere.

Thanks

P.S. I tried to start a chat by clicking the link for that but got the following error message (using Chrome browser):

502 Bad Gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request.

I forgot to mention that I also added the sending email addresses to my address book in hopes that would do that trick... but it did not. I also checked my spam folder. The emails are not there. They are being blocked and marked undeliverable by the sender.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your email concerns. I can truly understand how frustrating it can be to not be getting those emails. I know that I would lose my mind if I wasn't getting all the email communications from my daughter's school. I do recommend reaching out to our experts with our Security assurance team. They are the best possible go to for email related issues such as this. You can reach them through their website https://comca.st/3u0v8mI or contact them during the Business Hours of 6:00am - 2:00am EST, 7 days a week through Contact #1-888-565-4329

I no longer work for Comcast.
