Need Comcast sign-off on city public utility easement (PUE) form for pool construction
I'm a homeowner in Highland, Utah, working through my city's Utility Notification Form for a pool permit. I want to build a small structure to house pool equipment near a 10 ft public utility easement along my property line. My city won't approve the permit until every listed utility, including Comcast, signs off. The city's form accepts either a signature or a short no-objection letter attached to it.
My understanding is Comcast may not have facilities in this easement, but I'd like that confirmed. Which team handles this (joint trench / design and construction), and how do I get the form signed or a no-objection letter issued? I can provide a site plan or plat map on request.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon.

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
