Need cancel my Xfinity service

I just moved to another state (from PA to NJ) last month, it seems Xfinity still charged me.

I need to cancel the service as soon as possible, since my new apartment use other provider, thanks for that.

user_jjrlha, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I want to say in hopes, congratulations on your move! I totally understand your concerns and the need of getting this executed. When it comes to your disconnection, did you have any Xfinity equipment and if so, have you returned it to one of your local Retail Xfinity Stores?

@XfinityQue​ When I moved out my old apartment ,they told me

  1. Kindly call Xfinity at 855.638.2855 or visit a local Xfinity Retail store and ask them to remove your name from the bulk account for your specific apartment. Xfinity retail stores can be found nearby in Exton, King of Prussia, or Villanova.   2. If needed, please use this address: APARTMENT # Woodview Way, Malvern, PA, 19355
  3.  *Important* All Wi-Fi modems and cords will remain in your apartment! This should not be removed.
  4. Please let Xfinity know the exact date you wish to discontinue your bulk Xfinity account.  

Since I moved out really urgent last month, no time to that, would like to do that online now, thanks

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
