Need cable removed from house and calling 1-800-Xfinity are not helping me, and have called me inappropriately.

I need help to remove the cable from the pole to my home. It is tearing at my aging shingles or i wouldn't have called for removal. Trying to get ready to put house up for sale. They missed the appointment range from 12-10 through 12-12-2025. I called to verify service call late in the day on 12-12. Assured that they were on the way. Customer service survey request received from text #61591. incoming call  FROM  Xfinity agent repeatedly asking me to text 9 to 61591 to inform tech that I was home. Asked him why should I do this many times? Hung up on. I followed up with a major complaint to that same number, but feel that I was being passed around to the next cubicle. Will follow that up civil formal complaints to local franchise authorities. I desperately need to cancel my service but need active account to have this cable removed from the pole, and to use this forum. It is illegal to remove the cable from my own home for numerous reasons. I am stuck keeping the account open until service is performed. I have disconnected router and modem and ready to take them to the store on 12-13. I am in debt. AI has pointed me in this direction to find help. I hope I find my way back to a response. First time forum user. I hope I didn't break any rules.
