Need cable and cable box removed
I called XFINITY and asked them to do something about the cable and cable box that were removed from our house because of remodel. I got a ticket number and someone was going to stop by, but that never happened. Meanwhile, the cable and box have been sitting in our front yard. It is really difficult to get through to XFINITY support because the phone tree wants to look us up using our XFINITY service, which we no longer have. But I suspect that having the cable and cable box sitting on the ground is not a good thing for XFINITY and the neighbors, since the cable is probably not terminated properly. So how do I get XFINITY to send out a tech to fix this?

We offer a number of ways to return equipment to us, and UPS may even offer pickup through their services.
