Need assistance lowering my bill

My wife and I have been long time Comcast customers. Our Select Triple Play contract ends at the end of the month. With the constant increases over the 2 years and now the increase, with the contract ending, we're at a point that it's going to be difficult to afford. Is there anything that can be done to help us? Thank you.
