Need assistance - internet shut off too early at address

I am moving on 8/9 to a new address. My current address seems to have lost internet today. 8/6. 

I work from home and Xfinity has now made it impossible for us to work. I need my service restored please! This is crazy!


the AI chat bot is useless so I am hoping someone here can help me

This happens ALL the time. There seems to be zero care at Xfinity about when they shut off service after you put in a request. They will totally ignore your requested shut-off date. It will happen at random.
