Need adjusted bill today
I reported an issue on April 23rd and was assured it would be investigated with an adjusted bill issued within 24 hours. Yesterday, a supervisor named Ero promised me the matter was being handled—but now I’ve come to learn that no ticket was ever created and no investigation has taken place.
This is completely unacceptable. I have been more than patient, but the repeated negligence and empty promises are beyond frustrating and entirely unprofessional.
I am demanding a clear and immediate update along with the adjusted bill, as originally promised. I expect this to be handled with urgency—no more delays, no more excuses.
