Need Address to Ship Equipment To

I live in Newport, VT.Xfinity closed the local office.

The closest Xfinity store is 2 hours on back roads, as is the closest UPS store.

I am just trying to get the mailing address to mail a cable box back to Xfinity. I do not want to make a 4 hour round trip to return a cable box.

Xfinity equipment can be returned to any UPS Store or Xfinity Store. Here's a link to the store locator https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q=47.7027%2C-117.3702. Customers can also visit our Digital Return Center at comca.st/3Aphr3B and follow the on-screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us. You can schedule an at-home pickup by initiating the equipment return at the Digital Returns Center, printing the UPS return label, boxing up the equipment and then calling 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup. So, again. I live 2 hours from an Xfinity store and 2 hours from a UPS store. Your website no longer allows the creation of return labels and only tells me to go to the Xfinity store.

I just want an address to ship it to.

@user_s0qk4v customers can ship the equipment to any UPS store, or Xfinity store. 

 

Should you need to return your rented equipment, there are a few ways to do so.

Option one: Online with prepaid shipping label

Initiate your return online and send your equipment back with a prepaid UPS shipping label.

  1. Sign in and visit the Equipment Return page.
    • Note: You must have your Xfinity ID and password to process your return online.
      • If you don't, you can head directly to a UPS Store near you.
    • Already submitted a return request?
  2. Check off the device(s) you'd like to return and select Continue.
    • When returning your device(s), check the serial number on the device to ensure that it matches your selection.
    • Note: If you're returning a TV Box, you can click Identify Device.
      • This will send a signal to that specific TV and display an on-screen message to let you know it's the correct TV Box.
  3. Choose a reason for return and press Continue.
  4. Select a return option, follow the listed instructions and press Confirm.
    • If you’ve selected UPS Prepaid Shipping:
      • Return to the Device Management Center.
      • Select Return Details for the device you’re returning.
      • Click Print Shipping Label to print the label for your package.
  5. Put the equipment being returned into its original box.
  6. Place your UPS prepaid shipping label on the outside.
    • Keep the top portion of the label with the tracking number included, as this will be your receipt.
  7. You can either:
    • Call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule an at-home pickup by using the label tracking number.
      • Note: UPS may charge a fee for this service. We don't cover this or offer credit for it.
    • Drop the package off anywhere that UPS shipments are accepted.

Note: Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be reflected on your account.

I can't get over how uniformly terrible all Xfinity services are. I'm just looking for the address for the Device Management Center. You didn't answer this person's question.

@user_xkznqt​ thank you for taking time to reply to the post. We don't have direct equipment return center addresses to provide, that is why the equipment return information discussed here was provided: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment 

If the option isn't available to drop off at a Xfinity or UPS store, the other option we would have is look if the option to send a return kit is available. That has a return label with the information to send the equipment back. If you need additional assistance please let me know.
