Need additional service at 2nd location
I’m purchasing a second house in another city. I will need internet service and a gateway modem. How do I get this set up and get a new location promo. There is an expiating customer at that location but they will be moving out. I would like a technician to come out and set it up on April 12th between 8-10 am

Hello, @user_daebe0. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place in regard to your inquiry of new service set up. Congratulations on purchasing the new home, I know that is always an exciting time. The longest an order can sit in the system is 30 days, so if you're looking to get service set up in April you would want to reach out closer to the date of the 12th. Technician availability can get limited in the Spring, so I always recommend getting an order set up around 1-2 weeks before the date of the installation.
With existing service there, the address will be built into the system already. You can also visit xfinity.com, put in your new address to see what promotions are available and get an order set up with awesome self-service option that is available.
