Need access to a live agent
Not sure why it is so hard to get a hold of a live agent. When I signed up for internet with my new apartment it said equipment was already installed at the location, so I didn't add on a rental router. Now that I have access to the apartment there is no equipment there and never has been per the landlord. I submitted an order to rent a router but have yet to receive confirmation it's on its way and it's not reflected in my account. Just need access to support here to get me set up with internet ASAP as I need access to internet from home for work.
