Need a technician

I recently bought WiFi for my new apartment and realized I don’t have a coax outlet so I wanted to schedule an appointment to have one installed

Hello user_hwwm4e! Thanks so much for joining Xfinity! I'm sorry that you found that your new home does not have a coaxial outlet. I'm sure that's putting a damper on settling in to the apartment. I would be happy to set up an appointment for us, but from personal experience in my own apartment is there a utility closet in your home, the coaxial cable may be in that area that you can connect to. There was a line that ran through the closet that had my hot water heater and from there I had a splitter to connect my modem and cable boxes. Did you happen to check your home for a cable in a closet or utility space?
