@user_yvmwe6, hello! Thank you for your post. First and foremost, I hope you and your loved ones got through Helene safely and without too much loss. My heart goes out to all of you who were hit. I am here to make the equipment replacement as easy as possible. What type of equipment got damaged? Was this cable boxes and modems, or more like network equipment in the street?

It’s the gray box outside that hooks up to the electrical pole. It’s half torn off of the pole with the cables exposed. I’m afraid it’s affecting my internet performance.
