I am here to make the equipment replacement as easy as possible. What type of equipment got damaged? Was this cable boxes and modems, or more like network equipment in the street?
It’s the gray box outside that hooks up to the electrical pole. It’s half torn off of the pole with the cables exposed. I’m afraid it’s affecting my internet performance.
@user_yvmwe6 Gotcha. Let's take a look at your connection, and make sure the right tech comes out. Please, send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address, so we can get this fixed.
