Need a tech sent to my house

I've been dealing with this issue for years now. My picture and sound freezes up and at times when I'm watching live programming. It gets worse when I try to play back any recorded programs. The picture goes blurry as if  there is interference messing with the signal while it was being recorded. I've changed out boxes many times with no improvement. I reboot and refresh the system morning and night with no resolution whatsoever.  I've talked to agents at the stores, talked with customer service reps on the phone claiming there's nothing wrong with my box. I know that. I keep telling them they need to come and troubleshoot here at my home. But nobody wants to address the issue. What [Edited: "Profanity"] I'm I paying you guys for????  I'm about ready to end my service with Xfinity. I talked with a close friend recently about my issues and he said they had they same issues I have. They finally got Xfinity to send a tech to their home and the tech installed a moca filter and it resolved their issue.  Please schedule a tech to my home or I will find service elsewhere.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
