Need a supervisor

Hi I ordered my internet about 5 or so months ago and I was tricked by your employee into ordering a phone line with my service. I spent hours and hours talking to I don’t know how many departments when it first happened and we got it all taken care of, so I thought. It was not taken care of at all I still have the phone line on my account and have had 3 or so chats and several phone calls and keep getting lied to on it being handeled. I have even been given another number to call and it was not even comcast!  The customer service I have got is the worst and I need to speak with a supervisor I no longer have any patience for this. All I got was a sorry for this happening in the first place and it is months down the line and I’m still dealing with it. Something needs to be done and I should get some sort of compensation for all of my time and stress I’ve had dealing with this one thing caused by your employee.
