Need a shipping label to return old modem
I need to go to shipping label to return the old modem. I received the new one a couple days ago so I'll be installing that in the next day or so. But I need to know where to send the old one back so I don't get charged for it.

I completely understand wanting to make sure the old modem is returned properly so you don’t have to worry about any unreturned equipment charges. I’m glad to hear your new modem has arrived! Once you have the new one installed, you can return the old equipment using one of our available return options, including obtaining a shipping label. Go to xfinity.com/returns. You must have your Xfinity ID and password to process your return online. I have also attached an article on the steps to return your Xfinity equipment.
