I was able to get my internet up and running but cannot get the tv portion set up.  I need a service tech

Hello user_9nwl0o! I'm so happy that you were able to get the internet going, but sorry that you weren't able to do the same for the TV side. I hope that you are using the Xfinity Stream app in the meantime to access your programs. I would love to help get your TV up and running so that you can easily enjoy both. Are you trying to activate a cable box? If so, what error are you receiving?
