Need a return shipping label

I am in a different state than my xfinity service address so I can’t return my equipment to a store, they are unable to scan it when I went in. I was told to call xfinity. After 20 minutes of fighting with the voice prompts I was told to Google xfinity return label so I can drop my items off at UPS. When I visit the website I am directed to the device return center, but there are no devices listed as available to return so I can’t get past that page. It seriously feels like xfinity’s goal is to make everything as difficult as possible for it’s customers, except of course initiating new service.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

can't get a xfinity retun label to take the equipment to ups

We have made it as easy as possible for you to return your equipment. You can get a return label by visiting our awesome Digital Return Center (comca.st/3uuUAjJ) once at the site you can select the devices you would like to return. Once your label has been created you can return your equipment by scheduling a UPS at-home pickup by boxing up the equipment and then calling 1-800-PICK-UPS (You will need the tracking number from the UPS return label to schedule the pick-up.); or you can simply drop your devices off at any open UPS location (the devices could be packaged up or dropped off as-is and UPS will package them up for you)
