Need a return label for device not showing up on list
I cancelled the small boxes in our bedrooms and need to return them, but they are not listed as devices on my return list. I need a return label ASAP due to being charged.

We're sorry to hear they are not being listed on the device return list but luckily you do have a couple of other return options. You can also drop your devices off at your nearest XFINITY Retail location. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find your nearest location along with the associated store hours. Or, you can take it to your local UPS store and they will box it up and return it for you. Visit theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store to find a UPS Store near you.
Do either of these options work for you? Once the equipment is returned, any unreturned equipment fees will be credited back to your account.
