Need a return label for device not showing up on list

I cancelled the small boxes in our bedrooms and need to return them, but they are not listed as devices on my return list. I need a return label ASAP due to being charged.

Good afternoon @user_5lkmpa, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your issues returning your equipment. We're sorry to hear they are not being listed on the device return list but luckily you do have a couple of other return options. You can also drop your devices off at your nearest XFINITY Retail location. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find your nearest location along with the associated store hours. Or, you can take it to your local UPS store and they will box it up and return it for you. Visit theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store to find a UPS Store near you.

Do either of these options work for you? Once the equipment is returned, any unreturned equipment fees will be credited back to your account.

Nearest Xfinity retail location is over 2 hours away and nearest UPS store is over an hour away. How do I get a return label and I will box the equipment up and mail in myself

@user_5lkmpa Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
