Hello, @user_bk64q5 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I can help get a replacement remote shipped out, you've reached the right place for assistance. While you're waiting for the new remote to be shipped, we no longer have the Xfinity Remote App, but do still have the adaptive web remote you can use online. Since there isn't the option to order a remote from the website, getting the order placed with agent like myself is the best option.
