Need a Replacement Modem
Hello,
I believe my modem might be going out. I unplugged it and when I went to plug it back in, it would not turn on; no lights on the back either. I used a DMM (digital multimeter) and confirmed that the cable was seeing 124V and that the outlet was also producing 124V, so it is not the cable. I also checked isolation and the sockets in the cable were OL with a DMM resolution of 2 MOhms and the pins on the modem were 1.2 MOhms, so they should be isolated from each other, which makes me think that there's a problem with the internal power board of the modem.
What do I need to do to get a replacement?
Thank you so much!!
Jennifer

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
