Need a replacement: Frequency 2.0 Bluetooth Portable Rechargeable Speaker from Xfinity Rewards

Frequency 2.0 Bluetooth Portable Rechargeable Speaker from Xfinity Rewards worked for a few days but no longer connects via Bluetooth. How do I get a replacement?

@XfinityEmilyB​ Thank you for helping resolve this! I removed the Bluetooth speaker and reinstalled it to no success.

Speaker does not power on although connected to power.

Not having problems with more than 1 device trying to connect.

It does show as a device but does not connect probable because does not power on.

Yes, tried to reset the speaker but it will not power on. My speaker will not power up. Worked  after I got it but will not power on. Tried fully charging and resetting but will not work.

Greetings, @user_35cf43. You would want to refer to the manual for the speaker for instructions on pairing. In my experience, on most devices, you can hold down the power button for a few seconds to start the pairing process.
