Need a refund!!!
I haven been trying since April to get a refund for overpayment on an account that was, at the same time, being canceled.
By accident multiple payments were sent in resulting in an overpayment of $835.43. The account listed there being a credit. There will not be any new service set up with comcast/xfinity, so we were told, multiple times, that "the check is in the mail".
April 20th: "it will take 30 days to process and should come by May 30".
May 24th, nothing had arrived. I check and the address to send the refund was correct.
The most recent conversation I had was with a David, and was given the Ticket number #[Edited: "Personal Information"], and was told that "now that there was a ticket we would see the check sent in 2 weeks". Well, nothing has yet arrived. Who do I need to talk to to make this happen?
This is terrible customer service.

Hello, user_e19ff0. I can understand wanting to get this refund as soon as possible and want to help you get this resolved. Please allow me to take a look into this for you here.
Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
