Having connection issues. Already did all the recommended troubleshooting. Just need a real person.

EyEPrevail when you have a moment send us a direct message. It sounds like the modem is offline. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

user_26hhq3 We can help with setting up new services through messaging if you would like or you can call 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489) to get assistance over the phone with starting services. You can also stop into any of our Xfinity store locations as well for help in person.  Let me know if you would like assistance.
