Need a new affordable Bundle Package

My previous Starter Tripple play promotion has expired resulting in a whopping bill of $191.77.  That's too expensive for me.  Self-service option only gives me the choice of 200 channels and that I now need new equipment.  I'm interested in the new Blast Extra with Voice Bundle that has 125 channels for my service area. I have tried, but to no avail,  to get a live agent to assist me with this.  Please assist.
