Need a live agent
Have no Internet service still received text say it was back on I did the instructions text still no power it said contact for trouble shoot but I don't really have service in this area good so on the Internet text might drop signal from phone

We are in the 32259 ZIP Code Fruit Cove area. and have been without Internet/ phone everything since yesterday esrky afternoon. for We only lost power yesterday where it turned off and on briefly. I cannot get a live agent. It is ridiculous and when I try, it hangs up on me because it says I’m in an outage area and that’s all the information we can get. Anyone else have this problem and have any suggestions
