Need a live agent

I need a live agent that can remove charges that are double billed on my account and that can assist me with being able to log into the Disney+ service that I have subscribed to. I can log into Disney I can enter a code that they give me but it wants me to complete a subscription with them and I’m already being charged not once but for two separate Disney+ services on my Xfinity bill
