Need a live agent. Now.

I’ve cleared both cache and cookies, tried chrome, and still can’t access xfinity assistant. It won’t load on either app or website. And I can’t reach a live representative on phone either as it’s just another bot. Going to switch and want to change/remove my plan but I can’t even reach live support!

Not the only one. Support [Edited: "Language"]. Can’t reach a single live agent unless it’s through the xfinity assistant which doesn’t even work.

I'm not going to wait on hold on the phone to call customer service.  I usually am on hold for 30 min or more and then they have to transfer me several times to get me to the right person.  And I've already DM'd Xfinity Support and they haven't been of much help.  Keep asking me questions that I've already answered.

@XfinityRaul​ why don't you just report to your tech support people that the chat feature is down and you can't get through to anyone on the phone?????????  If my service gets disconnected just because your service is down I'm going to be [Edited: "Language"]!

I'm in the same boat!  Trying to set up a payment arrangement because my account says my service will be disconnected today, 3/6 because I didn't make my payment on 3/4????  So there's only a 2 day grace period?
