Need a live agent. Now.

I’ve cleared both cache and cookies, tried chrome, and still can’t access xfinity assistant. It won’t load on either app or website. And I can’t reach a live representative on phone either as it’s just another bot. Going to switch and want to change/remove my plan but I can’t even reach live support!

Not the only one. Support [Edited: "Language"]. Can’t reach a single live agent unless it’s through the xfinity assistant which doesn’t even work.

I'm in the same boat!  Trying to set up a payment arrangement because my account says my service will be disconnected today, 3/6 because I didn't make my payment on 3/4????  So there's only a 2 day grace period?

@XfinityJeffB​ and so how does your response resolve the issue with the virtual assistant and phone support?  I don't think that any of us on this forum with this issue are here just for the heck of it.  There's a problem with your website and it needs to be fixed.
