I have been trying for over thirty minutes to get a hold of a human.That works for xfinity why is this so hard

Please I want to talk to a live person. I. Have been trying to get someone for days Your customer service is very bad Never get no one I paying 303.00 dollars amount and I cannot even talk to a human
