Need a human to call me back
Your AI is the absolute worst. I’ve already restarted my modem 3 times before calling you guys. I don’t need to restart it a fourth time and wait to know that it is not working. It is impossible to get a human on the phone. Horrible customer service. Will be canceling at earliest opportunity. Using technology to your advantage to ignore customers.
