Need a faster technician appointment

I work from home and my internet won’t connect. I’ve spoken to two different people over the phone, your AI system, and multiple representatives via online chat. For whatever reason I can’t be put on a waitlist (according to the Xfinity number I texted) even though one of the representatives I spoke to said that they would put me on a waitlist.

Hey there, @user_8zpb4r! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I know how important it is to have the services working while working from home, and getting it connected as quickly as possible. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to place yourself on the waitlist. I would be more than happy to look into the details on our end. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
