Need a copy of my account profile

I just signed in and the information about when I started my account appears wrong.  How do I get an accurate customer profile?

Hello, @user_79wszq To correct inaccurate profile information in My Account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Privacy Center.
  2. Select your state.
  3. Choose the Comcast group that holds your information.
  4. Select "Correction request."
  5. If prompted, sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  6. Enter the information you wish to correct and click "Request correction."

You will receive status updates via email regarding your request. For further assistance, you can visit the Online Support Center or use the Xfinity app for real-time support.
