How do I contact Customer Service to get a line re-installed to my address?

Hello, @user_t5ulbu! Are you a current Xfinity customer, or are you looking to re-establish service? If you are a current customer, then we will need to set up a repair visit. If you are looking to become a customer again, you will want to select a Profession Installation at the time of check-out. Or, you can try a self-installation. The Xfinity App will help schedule an appointment if the activation isn't successful.

@XfinityTony I am a new customer. When I moved into this home years ago the ATT tech removed the Comcast cable to my home and installed a new ATT cable. So I have no existing cable for XFinity service. I did not see an option to select Pro Installation at check-out, I looked for it knowing I needed it.  I cannot find a way to schedule installation in the app or using the online page. Frankly ATT has a much more easy to use service app.

Thank you for clarifying this for us, @user_t5ulbu. I also appreciate your feedback on the app. I would be more than happy to forward this to my leadership team. I would like the opportunity to help schedule a professional installation for you. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

Just in case you weren't aware, you can use our Xfinity hotspot signals while you wait to have your internet service activated. To find your nearest hotspot, go to xfinity.com/wifi and enter your zip code. Once you are at the location, follow the instructions at xfinity.com/wifi to join the hotspot.
