Need 4K DVR Box
Have all necessary epuip for 4K and messed up 2 previous posts by providing to much information trying to help and make it easier for support but they were locked today.. My Bad. One on 11-1-20 at 01:24 AM and one just a few minutes ago...

Hi there. I have recently upgraded all my TVs to 4K. I received new Flex boxes for bedrooms but I need an XG1v4 to replace my DVR for my main living room TV. My local Xfinity store claims to not have any, so I'm hoping you can help. Thanks.

Just make a new post here on the forum as I did and the support reps will set it up for you. It will take a week or so for them to respond to your post, so be very patient... best luck...

Following up on this. I was able to go to my local Xfinity store, and they had the 4K DVR in stock. I got lucky and they had recieved a shipment that morning. SO, it can be hit-or-miss, but there are options.

Glad you were able to acquire the new DVR however for us really old one's (83 & 80) it wasn't an option due to Covid and total isolation for both wife and I. Been over a year now but we're gamers(Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Guildwars 2, Starwars Squadron etc) so doing well. Be sure to setup in Xfinity options to enable 4k. We love it and best luck to you..
