nead line service at my location
This is the third time I have tried to get service at my location starting with chats beginning this last Saturday or Sunday. I have talked with two agents but the only name I can remember is Poonja. The first agent said a technician would come yesterday, March 12, between 7- 10AM. When no on showed up by 1 PM, I chatted with Poonja about the technician not coming. Poonja said the technician had been delayed on a project but would be coming out yesterday. NO one has contacted me in any way. I chat as you seem to prefer. NO one calls me back, text, or send e-mails. I get no confirmation numbers nor do I get anyway to follow up on what is being done about the promises that are freely made. My lines need to be extended to a new power pole and vegetation needs to be cut back from your supply lines. Please connect me with someone that can get something done.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
