NBC29 (WVIR) Charlottesville, VA DROPPED

Our local NBC affiliate is no longer streaming on my Apple TV (via YouTube TV) Xfinity. We now get an NBC affiliate from NYC instead. How can we get it back? Is this a Comcast issue or a YouTube TV issue?
