Dear Xfinity Customer Service,
I am writing to express my profound frustration and disappointment with your recent decision to change plans and eliminate local sports channels from your offerings. This move not only feels like price gouging but also represents a blatant disregard for your customers' needs and preferences.
As a loyal customer, I have always valued the access to local sports programming that your service provided. Sports are an integral part of our community, bringing people together and fostering local pride. By removing these channels, you are stripping away a source of entertainment and connection that many of us cherish. This decision feels like a betrayal to your loyal customers who have supported your service for years.
Moreover, the rising costs associated with your new plans are simply unacceptable. It seems that your priority is to maximize profits at the expense of your customers. Increasing prices while simultaneously reducing the quality and variety of your service is a clear indication of price gouging. This practice is not only unethical but also alienates those of us who have been steadfast in our support of your company.
As a result of these changes, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a customer of Xfinity. My family and I are absolutely disgusted by your lack of consideration for the people who have kept your business thriving. It is disappointing to see a company that once prioritized its customers turn its back on them.
I sincerely hope you will reconsider these changes and recognize the impact they have on your loyal customers. Until then, I will be seeking alternative services that respect and value their customers.
Your customer service, or lack there of is making it impossible to even talk to a real person. Making it even more frustrating.
