NBC in palm beach county

I thought Comcast owned xfinity and NBC. 
I am not sure how xfinity eliminating NBC in Palm Beach County Florida is in their advantage while they have a contract battle with local station owners. In addition to reducing their service to customers with no credit allowances. Poor business move for Xfinity.

This is getting ridiculous!! 

You are eliminating the broadcast of your own network NBC because of contract negotiations with a local affiliate. You are also eliminating a broadcast of a channel you promised to deliver to your customers. You offer no discount or credit for the lack of service. 
You need to resolve this !!!
