Nashville outage status

Hi I was hoping you can give me a timeframe or status on when you think service will be restored. We have had power since Friday.  Thank You!

user_tdjx7r You can typically check the status of a service interruption using the steps found here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage

We typically have the same information that the online tool provides. If it is not recognizing a service interruption we can take a deeper look into the account at that point.

The outage tool has been telling me that our service is good, but we haven’t had internet since the power came back on Friday.

the guy that fixed the line going from the pole to our house said there was no service coming from the street.

I chatted with a Comcast rep who told me that a crew was working on it 2 days ago, but still no update.

Thank you for reaching out here. I will be happy to take a look further at your account from here. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
