name of support executives to contact about unsolved damage claim

Have been waiting for resolution to damage claim since July 9th.  I have contacted live chats, support teams and gone to Xfinity locations to get information.  Have been transferred to multiple live chat agents, security, legal and various other departments always getting:  "We have made the notation and you will receive a response in 24-48 hours"   - has never happened.  I cannot even find the claim number [Edit: Personal information].  Their contractor damaged my property and all I am getting is the proverbial run-around
