Mystery package from Xfinity?
I got my router when I signed up for my new plan, so I’ve already had that for a bit. Last week I was sent a USPS tracking number from Xfinity and a package arrived at my door. I haven’t ordered anything so I’m not even sure about whether or not I should open it since I don’t want to be charged for something I didn’t order. Can a customer support rep please tell me what this is and how I can return it?
