@user_09ryek We want you to enjoy that card to its fullest! I believe you are able to modify settings of the card once you log into the details of it online. Here's the steps to do so:
Visit the website that's printed on the back of your card: mycardintel.com/xfinity.
Enter your Visa Prepaid card number and CVV number (three-digit number found on the back of the card immediately following the signature block).
Here you can check the balance and access the card as well if there are any issues with the link above or utilize the contact information on the back of the card itself.
