My Xfinity now Wi-Fi is not working on one of my devices

My Xfinity Wi-Fi now service is not working on my laptop as it has always in the past. It suddenly has stock and I can’t get it connected. I can’t seem to get any tech-support and I’m getting frustrated with it.
