I have a new box and have done the set up procedures and the box is not working. The Light has not turned White in over 5 minutes.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well today. I see you got a device, and you are running into some trouble. I know this can be frustrating, but we'll do our best to help. Was this a replacement for a previous device, or did you recently add cable? Does the device seem to not be getting power?
