My Xfinity bill increased

My Xfinity bill increased by $80 I will not pay another cent. I had trouble paying my bill and should have cancelled like yesterday.  I’m paperless didn’t get a warning I’m on auto pay they went from $251 to $331 telling me you added sports and other perks I hear as to your reasons I don’t like sports and I didn’t ask for other perks.  I will not pay that type of money I will go hungry and not able to live. No way.  It will be asap.  I will fight this increase with my attorney general office asap.  I’m a senior on fix income no way will I pay for tv when I got to pay medical bills and try to eat and put gas in my car.  They don’t care about our struggle .  Long customers that have been with this company should have been treated better

user_0vos3y Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums regarding your pricing. Keeping your services within a budget is important these days. I'd be happy to review over your account, and some options that may be a bit more budget friendly. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
