My tv keeps saying something not quit right and it won't refresh
My tv won't refresh It says "Something not quite right." It was working fine, now it's not working at all. I just got it yesterday. [Edited: "All caps"]

Hey there user_mh8zy2! Thanks for reaching out through our community forums! It's always frustrating to run into issues with something you just got, so I'm sorry your TV isn't working properly. To get a better idea of your issue, is this happening when trying to watch TV through one of our X1 cable boxes or through the Xfinity Stream app? Also, are you receiving any error codes when that message appears?
