My tech never arrived twice

My WiFi modem is not working. I scheduled an appointment and the tech never showed up. I was rescheduled for this morning and hours after the appointment was supposed to happen I was rescheduled for tomorrow at the same time. I received no phone call that the technician would not be coming and no one spoke with me about the time before rescheduling. 

I’m not sure how many more days I can take off work for a technician that may or may not show up. I’m also paying for a service that I cannot use but absolutely need. 

can you please find a way to assure that a technician will actually be coming to my residence. I don’t want to waste any more of my time or money.

I'm happy to take a look on my end to see what's happening, and what the next step would be. Can you please send a Direct message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
